Project
Mar de Melinka is a nature reserve project of macro lots starting at five hectares, located in the south of Melinka, the oldest town in the region, commune of Guaitecas, in the Region of Aysén, Chile.
These macro lots are at a seafront area on Leucayec Island, in the Guaitecas Archipelago, in Chilean Patagonia. This archipelago is made up of more than 40 islands and islets scattered over a 459 km2 area between the Moraleda Channel and the Pacific Ocean.
The project has a privileged location near Tantauco Park, Magdalena Island National Park, Lake Rosselot National Reserve and Queulat National Park, Melimoyu National Park, Corcovado National Park, Pumalín Douglas Tompkins National Park.
